A World of Yarn:
From Italy to Türkiye
We source our materials meticulously from both Italy and Turkey. Our materials encompass Wool, Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Nylon, and luxury fibers like Cashmere, Silk, and Alpaca. These yarns can be used in their pure form or blended to create extraordinary textiles. Some of our trusted Italian partners include New mill, Fashion Mill, E. Miroglio, Igea, Casa Cariaggi, Del Filato, Filivivi, Pecci, Cofil, Olimpias, Filidea, Filitaly-lab, Sesia, Papi Fabio, Industria Italiana Filati, Miliefili, and Ecafil.
Our machinery fleet consists entirely of Shima Seiki equipment, the industry leader in high-end knitting machinery from Japan. With the capability to produce across various gauges – 3gg, 5gg, 7gg, and 14gg – our highly-qualified staff creates and perfects each garment. We offer an array of value-added services, including jacquard, embroidery, garment washing, printing, and combining knit and woven fabrics.

Quality is our utmost priority. Every Zep product undergoes a stringent quality control process where each item is ironed and meticulously checked before shipment. We even offer customization options such as hand or machine labeling and packaging according to your preferences.
Our efficient production process ensures swift lead times, with the first prototype ready in just two weeks. Subsequent samples take approximately four weeks, and bulk production is typically completed within 6 to 10 weeks after receiving the yarn. Repeat orders are often expedited for your convenience.
